Gas
Weekly
- Check engine oil level
- Check tires for proper inflation 18-22 psi
- Test brakes and steering for proper operation
Monthly
- Clean out engine compartment
- Check for oil or fuel leaks
- Check the tightness of the battery connections, tighten if necessary using an insulated wrench.
Semi annually
- Check direction selector for proper operation
- Check front and rear suspension for loose or broken parts
- Knock dust and dirt out of air filter
Annually
Many of the procedures in this section should be performed by a trained service technician. Contact our service department for annual service.
- Repack front wheel bearings
- Lubricate all tie rods and linkages
- Change engine oil
- Replace spark plugs and filters
- Check brake system for any broken or worn parts. Replace as necessary.
- Inspect drive and starter belts for cut and wear. Replace as necessary.
- Check oil level in the differential.
- Check for loose hardware and tighten as required

- Check tires for proper inflation 18-22 psi
- Test brakes and steering for proper operation
Monthly
- Clean out battery compartment
- Check the tightness of the battery connections, tighten if necessary using an insulated wrench.
Semi annually
- Check direction selector for proper operation
- Check front and rear suspension for loose or broken parts
- Clean batteries with a solution of baking soda and water. Use ½ cup of baking soda to two gallons of water.
Annually
Many of the procedure in this section should be performed by a trained service technician.
- Repack front wheel bearings
- Lubricate all tie rods and linkage.
- Check brake system for any broken or worn parts. Replace as necessary.
- Check oil level in the differential.
- Check for loose hardware and tighten as required.
- Check front end alignment.
- Load test batteries to better predict their performance in the coming season.
